AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, including any public sewer
therein.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the hereinafter described portion
of sewer easement and any public sewer lying therein, and the
District has no further need for such easement, and
WHEREAS, said easement was granted to the City of St.
Louis, and this District is successor in title to said City for
such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
as follows, together with any public sewer lying therein is hereby
vacated, to wit:
That portion of the easement granted to the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 7285, Page 336 of
the City of St. Louis Records, which portion lies in City
Block 5636 and extends generally westwardly from the western
end of Grape Avenue (50) feet wide.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1973.
