AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 367 (Deer Creek
Stormwater Subdistrict) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 367 (Deer Creek Stormwater Subdistrict).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 367
(Deer Creek Stormwater Subdistrict) shall be as follows:

DEER CREEK STORMWATER SUBDISTRICT
Beginning at the intersection of the western limits of the City of
St. Louis and the southeastward prolongation of the mid block line
of Block 23 of Greenwood, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
Pages 18 and 19 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said western limits of the City of St. Louis to
the centerline of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad right-of-
way; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said St.
Louis-San Francisco Railroad right-of-way to the northward
prolongation of the centerline of St. Michael Street; thence
southwardly along said northward prolongation of and the
centerline of St. Michael Street to the centerline of Lansdowne
Avenue; thence westwardly along the centerline of Lansdowne Avenue
to the northward prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 49 in
Block 12 of Shrewsbury Park 2nd Subdivision, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
