AN ORDINANCE appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of the River des
Peres Stormwater Subdistrict to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as Wolter Avenue Storm Extension
Vinita Park (S-766), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri and the City of Vinita
Park, Missouri, have each agreed to contribute toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said sources,
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of the
River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of the River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Wolter Avenue Storm Extension Vinita Park (S-766), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1974.
