HomeMy Public PortalAbout02565 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2565 AN ORDINANCE transferring Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($316,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund as a loan to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and providing for the repayment of said sum; and further appropriating Five Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Dollars ($556,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Lynn Haven - Sections I and II (S-722), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri. WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, St. Louis County, Missouri, and the State of Missouri have each agreed to contribute toward the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said sources, said moneys will be returned to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($316,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund as a loan to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek; said sum to be repaid from the contributions toward said project from the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, St. Louis County, Missouri, and the State of Missouri. Section Two. The officers of the District are directed to repay to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund the Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($316,000.00) as soon as the contributions are collected from said sources. Section Three. The sum of Five Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Dollars ($556,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Lynn Haven - Sections I and II (S-772), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri. Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1974.
