AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as County Hills Drive Storm Sewer (S-389), in the City of
Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri and the City of Rock
Hill, Missouri, have each agreed to contribute toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said sources,
said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the construction of storm
sewers in the project known as County Hills Drive Storm Sewer
(S-389), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1974.
