AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Thirteen
Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($13,400.00) from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund for the purchase of certain real
property in St. Louis, Missouri, for the purpose of right-of-way
along the River des Peres.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($13,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund for the purchase of
certain real property in St. Louis, Missouri, for the purpose of
right-of-way along the River des Peres.
Section Two. In the event that said property should
be sold to the City of St. Louis at some future date, the proceeds
from said sale will be reimbursed to the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1974.
