AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District has no further need for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
vacated, to wit:
The easement over the south ten feet (10') of the north
fifteen feet (15') of Lot 17 in Block 4 of Bellefontaine
Place No. 2 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 27, Page 59 of the St. Louis County Records, and which
said easement is recorded in Book 6560, Page 2211 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1974.
