AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated to wit:
The easement ten (10) feet wide running generally northwardly
and southwardly over Lot 49 of Dougherty Woods, subdivision
of Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 129, Pages 58, 59, 60 and
61 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom that
portion of the subject easement lying five (5) feet west of
and adjacent to the eastern line of said Lot 49 and excepting
therefrom that portion of the subject easement lying ten (10)
feet north of and adjacent to the southern line of said Lot
49.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1974.
