AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in
the City of Black Jack, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District as no further use for these easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement over Lot B of Hartwig's Subdivision, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 85 of the St. Louis County
Records; subject easement being more particularly described
as: Beginning at a point on the western line of said
Hartwig's Subdivision, distant South 12 degrees 33 minutes 00
seconds East, 25.28 feet from the most northwest corner of
said Hartwig's Subdivision; thence South 36 degrees 12
minutes 37.5 seconds East, 24.92 feet; thence South 12
degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East, 225.61 feet; thence South
0 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West, 44.74 feet to a point
in the west line of said Hartwig's Subdivision; thence North
12 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, 292.03 feet along the
west line of said Hartwig's Subdivision to the point of
beginning.
2. The easement over Lot B of Hartwig's Subdivision, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 85 of the St Louis County
Records; subject easement being more particularly described
as: Commencing at the most northwest corner of said
Hartwig's Subdivision; thence South 12 degrees 33 minutes 00
seconds East, 319.68 feet; thence South 76 degrees 21 minutes
00 seconds West, 0.56 feet to the point of beginning of the
easement therein described; thence South 0 degrees 22 minutes
00 seconds West, 20.61 feet; thence South 76 degrees 21
minutes 00 seconds West, 58.50 feet; thence North 13 degrees
39 minutes 00 seconds West, 10 feet; thence South 76 degrees
21 minutes 00 seconds West, 116.91 feet to a point in the
west line of said Hartwig's Subdivision; thence North 11
degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, 10.01 feet; thence North
76 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, 180.06 feet to the
point of beginning.
