AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and has
furnished the District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement, five (5) feet wide over the
southern five (5) feet of Lot 3 of Houghton Industrial Park,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 132, Page 21
of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
western fifteen (15) feet there of.
2. The sewer easement, five (5) feet wide over the
northern five (5) feet of Lot 4 of Houghton Industrial Park,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 132, Page 21 of the St.
Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the western fifteen
(15) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1974.
