AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, new easements have been obtained to replace
the subject easements and the District has no further need for the
subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in U.S. Survey 2771,
Township 47 North, Range 7 East, and described below are vacated,
to wit:
1. The easement granted by Harold W. Ferguson by
instrument recorded in Book 6679, Page 432 of the St. Louis
County Records.
2. The easement granted by Melvin E. Mouser and wife by
instrument recorded in Book 6709, Page 1293 of the St. Louis
County Records.
3. The easement granted by Maurice M. Jordan and wife by
instrument recorded in Book 6691, Page 1412 of the St. Louis
County Records.
4. The easement granted by Donald E. Davidson and wife by
instrument recorded in Book 6670, Page 1766 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1974.
