AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1425, adopted December 9, 1965, as amended by Ordinance No. 1475,
adopted April 21, 1966, and Ordinance No. 2482, adopted September
26, 1973, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 286
(Wolff Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1425, adopted December 9,
1965 and amended by Ordinance No. 1475, adopted April 21, 1966 and
Ordinance No. 2482, adopted September 26, 1973, is hereby amended
by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 286 (Wolff
Drive), as set forth in Section Two thereof, an area described as
follows:
A parcel of land now or formerly owned by Edward E. Wuenscher
and Gladys I. Wuenscher, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book
1971, Page 568 of the St. Louis County Records;
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefitted by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1425
as amended by Ordinance No. 1475 and Ordinance No. 2482, shall
read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 286
shall be as follows:

WOLFF DRIVE
Beginning at the southwest corner of property conveyed to Paul J.
Depke, Jr. and Judy A. Depke, his wife, by deed recorded in Bk.
6550, Pg. 910, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Depke property, and its
prolongation, to the centerline of Wolff Dr., 30' wide; thence
westwardly along the centerline of Wolff Dr. to its intersection
with the southwestwardly prolongation of the northwest line of
property conveyed to Kenneth P. Speck and wife, by deed recorded
in Bk. 6679, Pg. 2249, said Recorder's office; thence
northeastwardly along said prolongation, along the northwest line
of said Speck property, and along the northwest lines or
properties conveyed to Norman R. Mueller and wife, and Alexander
Dunajcik and wife, by deeds recorded in Bk. 6527, Pg. 789, and Bk.
2314, Pg. 536, resp., to the northernmost corner of said Dunajcik
property; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said
Dunajcik property, and its prolongation, to the centerline of said
Wolff Dr.; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Wolff
Dr. to its intersection with the western prolongation of the
northern line of property conveyed to Henry Zweiful and Virginia
Zweiful, his wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6483, Pg. 1671, said
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along said prolongation, and
along the northern line of said Zweiful property, to the northeast
corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of said
Zweiful property to its southernmost corner, being also the
southeast corner of property conveyed to Clarence H. Krah and wife

by deed recorded in Bk. 2064, Pg. 468, said Recorder's office;
thence westwardly along the southern lines of said Krah and Depke
properties, to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1974.
