AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement and the unused
sewer therein in former Aldridge Street in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Kirkwood, Missouri, by its
Ordinance No. 5547 vacated a portion of Aldridge Street from the
eastern line of Lindbergh eastwardly to the eastern City Limits,
and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of Kirkwood
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over the entire portion of
vacated Aldridge Street and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District is successor in title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip and this
District has no further use for such easement,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
and the unused sewer therein is hereby vacated, to wit:
That sewer easement reserved by the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri, by its Ordinance No. 5547 lying in former Aldridge
Street.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1974.
