AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund
Subdistrict - Bonfils to be used for an infiltration and inflow
study of the Bonfils area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operating Fund Subdistrict - Bonfils to be used for
an infiltration and inflow study of the Bonfils area.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1974.
