AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 397 (Cypress
Garden Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 397 (Cypress Gardens Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 397
(Cypress Gardens Court) shall be as follows:

CYPRESS GARDENS COURT
Beginning in the west line of Cypress Rd., 50' wide, at the
northeast corner of Lot 3 of CYPRESS GARDENS, PLAT 2, a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 43, Pg. 12, St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence south and west along the east and south lines of said lot,
being along the west line of Cypress Rd., 50' wide, and the north
line of Cypress Gardens Court, 50' wide, resp., to the southwest
corner of said Lot 3, being in the east line of CYPRESS GARDENS -
PLAT 3, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
44, Pg. 92, said Recorder's office; thence south along the east
line of said last named subdivision to its southeast corner;
thence west along the south line of said CYPRESS GARDENS - PLAT 3
to its southwest corner; thence north along the west line of said
subdivision to its northwest corner; thence east along the north
line of said CYPRESS GARDENS - PLAT 3 to its northeast corner;
thence south along the east line of said subdivision to the
northwest corner of said Lot 3 of CYPRESS GARDENS, PLAT 2; and
thence east along the north line of said Lot 3 to the beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1974.
