AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement and the unused
sewer therein in Lot 4, City Block 4033 of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, by the deed recorded in Book 2560, Page 553 of
the City of St. Louis Records a sewer easement was granted to the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip, and this
District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
and the unused sewer therein is hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement in Lot 4, City Block 4033 granted to
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by the deed recorded in Book
2560, Page 553 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1974.
