AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($7,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for the
outfall portion of the sanitary sewer construction in Subdistrict
No. 382 (Bellefontaine and Farmview), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($7,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to
be used for the outfall portion of the sanitary sewer construction
in Subdistrict No. 382 (Bellefontaine and Farmview), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1974.
