AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 382 (Bellefontaine and Farmview), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 382 (Bellefontaine and Farmview), in St. Louis
County, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 2nd day of May, 1974, and
formally executed on the 7th day of May, 1974, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
