AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty Dollars ($50.00) from
the unappropriated surplus of the University City Branch of River
des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund; One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($1,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict and One
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Maline Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to pay St. Louis County for the extension of
taxes for such subdistricts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is
hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the
University City Branch of the River des Peres Stormwater
Subdistrict Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund; One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00) appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict and One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00)
appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Maline Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to pay St. Louis County for the extension of
taxes for such subdistricts.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1974.
