AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 402 (Karlsruhe
and Blue Ridge) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 402 (Karlsruhe and Blue Ridge).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 402
(Karlsruhe and Blue Ridge) shall be as follows:

KARLSRUHE & BLUE RIDGE
Beginning in the southeastern line of Blue Ridge Dr. at the
westernmost corner of Lot 31 of CLEAR VIEW HILLS, a subdivision in
St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 33,
Pg. 45, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence
northeasterly along said street line, being along the northwestern
line of said Lot 31, its prolongation across Karlsruhe Pl., and
along the northwestern line of Lot 11 of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS, to
the northernmost (rounded) corner of said Lot 11; thence
southeasterly along the northeastern lines of Lots 11 - 20, incl.,
of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS, to the easternmost corner of said Lot
20; thence southwesterly along the southeast line of said Lot 20,
its prolongation across Karlsruhe Pl., and along the southeast
line of Lot 40 of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS, to the southernmost
corner of said Lot 40; and thence northwesterly along the
southwestern lines of Lots 40 - 31, incl., of said subdivision, to
the beginning; said area includes all of Lots 11 - 20, incl., and
31 - 40, incl. of said CLEAR VIEW HILLS. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1974.
