AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seventy-eight Thousand
Dollars ($78,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund - Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary and storm sewers Subdistrict No. 239
(Lakeshire Outfall No. 2), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-eight Thousand
Dollars ($78,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund - Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary and storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 239 (Lakeshire Outfall No. 2), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1974.
