AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of sanitary and storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 239 (Lakeshire Outfall No. 2) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary and storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 239 (Lakeshire Outfall No. 2) in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of
April, 1974, and formally executed on the 22nd day of April, 1974,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
