AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund for the construction of sanitary sewers in the
project known as St. Charles Street Sanitary By-Pass (S-786), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for the construction of sanitary
sewers in the project known as St. Charles Street Sanitary By-Pass
(S-786), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1974.
