AN ORDINANCE vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in sewer easements and the unused sewers therein in
City Block 3920 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, a sewer easement was reserved over land
situated in City Block 3920 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by
deed recorded in Book 2778, Page 559 of the City of St. Louis
Records, and
WHEREAS, a sewer easement was reserved over land
situated in City Block 3920 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by
St. Louis County Producers' Market Company by the unrecorded deed
dated March 8, 1915, and
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
subject sewer easement, and this District has no use for this
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described sewer easements and the unused
sewer therein:
1. That sewer easement over land situated in City Block
3920 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as reserved by deed
recorded in Book 2778, Page 559 of the City of St. Louis
Records.
2. That sewer easement over land situated in City Block
3920 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as reserved by St.
Louis County Producers' Market Company by the unrecorded deed
dated March 8, 1915. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1974.
