AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Construction Fund to be used for an infiltration and inflow
study of the sewer collection system tributary to the Bissell
Point Treatment Plant, Mississippi River Subdistrict by Havens and
Emerson, Limited, Consulting Engineers.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for
an infiltration and inflow study of the sewer collection system
tributary to the Bissell Point Treatment Plant, Mississippi River
Subdistrict by Havens and Emerson, Limited, Consulting Engineers.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1974.
