HomeMy Public PortalAbout02611 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2611 AN ORDINANCE amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 2557, adopted March 27, 1974, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 367 (Deer Creek Stormwater Subdistrict) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 2557, adopted March 27, 1974, is hereby amended by omitting from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 367 (Deer Creek Stormwater Subdistrict), as set forth in Section Two thereof, an area described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the present boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and the southwest corner of Ladue Heights Section 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 121, Page 21 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the southern line of said Ladue Heights Section 2 to the centerline of Weybridge Drive; thence northwardly along the centerline of Weybridge Drive to the centerline of Ladue Heights Drive; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Ladue Heights Drive to the southward prolongation of the western line of Lot 48 of Ladue Heights Section 1, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 119, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the Southward prolongation of and the western line of said 2 Lot 48 to the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the northern line of said Lot 48 to the southwest corner of Lot 43 of Ladue Heights Section 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the northwestern line of said Lot 43 and its northeastward prolongation to the centerline of Hibler Drive; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Hibler Drive to the centerline of Hibler Court; thence northwardly along the centerline of Hibler Court to the westward prolongation of the northern line of Lot 39 of said Ladue Heights Section 3; thence eastwardly along the westward prolongation of and the northern line of said Lot 39 and its eastward prolongation to the eastern line of Interstate Highway 244; thence southwardly along the eastern line of Interstate Highway 244 to the eastward prolongation of the northern line of the 40-acre tract now or formerly owned by Julius Linden; thence westwardly along the eastward prolongation of the northern line of said Linden Tract to the northeast corner thereof, said point also being a point on the present boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence continuing westwardly along the present boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the point of beginning. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2557 3 shall read as follows: "Section Two.
