AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand
Dollars ($24,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 386 (Littie
Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
386 (Littie Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1974.
