AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 386
(Littie Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
386 (Littie Drive), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 31st day of May, 1974 and formally executed on
the 11th day of June, 1974 by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
