Home My Public Portal About02622 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2622 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 2476, adopted August 27, 1973, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof relating to the same subject and fixing the compensation of the Executive Director, the Secretary-Treasurer, the General Counsel, the respective Directors of the Wastewater Treatment, Engineering, Maintenance, and Construction Departments, the Personnel Director and the Deputy Director of Finance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 2476, adopted August 27, 1973, is hereby repealed. Section Two. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Executive Director shall be at the rate of $36,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Three. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be $26,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Four. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the General Counsel shall be $36,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Five. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Director of Wastewater-Treatment Department shall be $28,500.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Six. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Personnel Director shall be $23,250.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Seven. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Director of Engineering shall be $23,500.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Eight. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Director of Maintenance shall be $24,600.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. Section Nine. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Director of Construction Department shall be $21,500.00 per annum, payable in equal semi- monthly installments. Section Ten. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1974, the salary of the Deputy Director of Finance shall be $21,750.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 31, 1974.
