AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
City Block 6461 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owned of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the subject easement and the District has no
further need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The eastern two hundred eighty (280) feet of the easement
nine (9) feet wide granted to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 8172,
Page 346 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1974.
