AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. Construction Division for the construction of storm sewers in
Florissant & Adams Stormwater Enclosure - Section 1 (S-773), in
the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. Construction Division as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Florissant & Adams Stormwater Enclosure - Section 1
(S-773), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 10th day of July, 1974, and formally executed on
the 26th day of July, 1974, by said contractor and by the
Exccutive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
