AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of stormwater connections in
Nooter Corporation Stormwater Connections C.B. 6503 (P-5985)
Rutger Street, East of Second Street in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of stormwater connections
in Nooter Corporation Stormwater Connections C.B. 6503 (P-5985)
Rutger Street, East of Second Street in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of July, 1974
and formally executed on the 26th day of July, 1974 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
