AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund of the
District Sixty-three Thousand Dollars ($63,000.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund and appropriating Seventy-one Thousand Dollars
($71,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District for Miscellaneous Sewer Repairs No. 1 (S-823),
consisting of eleven separate projects, located within the City of
St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-three Thousand Dollars
($63,000.00) is hereby transferred to the General Fund of the
District from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Seventy-one Thousand Dollars
($71,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District for Miscellaneous
Sewer Repairs No. 1 (S-823), consisting of eleven separate
projects, located within the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1974.
