AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for Miscellaneous Sewer Repairs No. 1 (S-823), consisting of
eleven separate projects, located within the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the Miscellaneous Sewer Repairs No. 1 (S-823),
consisting of eleven separate projects, located within the City of
St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 17th day of July, 1974 and formally executed on the 26th day
of July, 1974 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
