AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Howdershell School Pk. Sanitary Extension (S-505) in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Howdershell School Pk. Sanitary Extension (S-505) in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of
July, 1974 and formally executed on the 30th day of July, 1974 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
