AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($20,777.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operating Fund Subdistrict - Bonfils to be used to
pay Consoer, Townsend & Associates for engineering services for
interceptor sewers and secondary treatment facilities to serve the
Bonfils area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($28,777.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund Subdistrict
Bonfils to be used to pay Consoer, Townsend & Associates for
engineering services for interceptor sewers and secondary
treatment facilities to serve the Bonfils area.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1974.
