AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Nine Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($3,920.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used to pay
Maroon Brothers, Inc. the balance due on the recoupment of costs
of the Maryville Trunk Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($3,920.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used to pay Maroon Brothers, Inc. the balance
due on the recoupment of costs of the Maryville Trunk Sewer.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1974.
