AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction, Incorporated for the construction of Coldwater Creek
Downstream Sewage Pumping Facilities No. 2 and Modifications to
Coldwater Creek Downstream Pumping Facility No. 1, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction, Incorporated as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of Coldwater Creek
Downstream Sewage Pumping Facilities No. 2 and Modifications to
Coldwater Creek Downstream Pumping Facility No. 1, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of
April, 1974 and formally executed on the 12th day of August, 1974
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
