AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund
Subdistrict - Mississippi River to be used for engineering
services for the modification of the trash removal facility at the
Baden Flood Protection Pump Station by Willard Given & Associates.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operating Fund Subdistrict - Mississippi River to
be used for engineering services for the modification of the trash
removal facility at the Baden Flood Protection Pump Station by
Willard Given & Associates.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1974.
