AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Meacham Park Storm Sewer, Crestwood Section (S-751) in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Meacham Park Storm Sewer, Crestwood Section
(S-751) in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 5th day of June, 1974 and formally executed on
the 15th day of August, 1974 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District in the following form:
