AN ORDINANCE appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-three
Thousand Dollars ($333,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the removal and disposal
of ash at Bissell Point Ash Basin No. 2 (S-841), in the City of
St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-three
Thousand Dollars ($333,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
removal and disposal of ash at Bissell Point Ash Basin No. 2
(S-841), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1974.
