AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the removal and disposal of ash at Bissell Point Ash
Basin No. 2 (S-841), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the removal and disposal of ash at Bissell Point Ash
Basin No. 2 (S-841), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 5th day of September, 1974, and
formally executed on the 10th day of September, 1974, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
