AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of sheet piling revetment and realignment of
sanitary sewers in the project known as Wedgwood Plat #8 Chelsea
Drive Slide Area (S-764) and Coldwater Creek Trunk Sewer
Relocation (S-785) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of sheet piling revetment and
realignment of sanitary sewers in the project known as Wedgwood
Plat #8 Chelsea Drive Slide Area (S-764) and Coldwater Creek Trunk
Sewer Relocation (S-785) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1974.
