AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of storm sewers in the project
known as Meacham Park Storm Sewers (S-751), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the project known as Meacham Park Storm
Sewers (S-751), in St. Louis County within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
31st day of July, 1974 and formally executed on the 27th day of
August, 1974 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
