AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements and the unused
sewer therein in the City of Frontenac, St. Louis County,
Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property
has requested the District to vacate the subject easements and
this District has no further use for the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements and the unused
sewers therein described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, over the
southern ten (10) feet of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8
in Block 13 of West End Park, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, page 40 of the St. Louis
County Records, granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by the deed record in Book 5064, page 70
of the St. Louis County Records.
2. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, over the
southern ten (10) feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 14
of West End Park, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 40 of the St. Louis County Records,
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by
the deed recorded in Book 5060, page 61 of the St.
Louis County Records.
3. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, over the
southern ten (10) feet of Lot 4 in Block 14 of West End
Park, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 40 of the St. Louis County Records, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed
recorded in Book 5060, page 55 of the St. Louis County
Records.
4. The sewer easement ten (10) feet wide, over the
southern ten (10) feet of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 14 of
West End Park, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 40 of the St. Louis County Records,
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by
the deed recorded in Book 5060, page 40 of the St.
Louis County Records.
5. The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, over the
southern ten (10) feet of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 14 of
West End Park, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 40 of the St. Louis County Records,
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by
the deed recorded in Book 5060, page 32 of the St.
Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 25, 1974.
