AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-nine Thousand Dollars
($59,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used toward the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as West
Florissant Storm Sewer (S-599), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Dellwood, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Twenty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500.00)
toward the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-nine Thousand Dollars
($59,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used to pay two-thirds of the cost of the construction of storm
sewers in the project known as West Florissant Storm Sewer
(S-599), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri. The remaining
one-third of the cost is to be paid by the State of Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 25, 1974.
