AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gampco
Incorporated for the construction of storm sewers in West
Florissant Storm Sewer (S-599) in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gampco Incorporated as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in West
Florissant Storm Sewer (S-599) in the City of Dellwood, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 5th day of July, 1974, and formally
executed on the 10th day of September, 1974, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 25, 1974.
