AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used toward the
construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 380 - Upper
Paddock Creek (Phase II), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used to pay two-thirds of the cost of the construction of
storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 380 - Upper Paddock Creek (Phase
II), in St. Louis County, Missouri. The remaining one-third of
the cost is to be paid by the State of Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 25, 1974.
