AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
380 - Upper Paddock Creek (Phase II) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 380 - Upper Paddock Creek (Phase II) in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
August, 1974 and formally executed on the 10th day of September,
1974 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
