AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 405 (Howdershell
and Charbonier) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 405 (Howdershell and Charbonier).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 405
(Howdershell and Charbonier) shall be as follows:

HOWDERSHELL & CHARBONIER
Beginning in the southwest line of Charbonier Rd., 60' wide, at
its intersection with a line parallel with, and 100' southeasterly
from, measured perpendicular to, the northwest line of property
conveyed to Henry G. Schiermeier and wife, by deed recorded in Bk.
4224, pg. 233, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence
southwesterly on said parallel line to its intersection with the
northeast line of CHARBONIER COURT, PLAT TWO, a subdivision as per
plat thereof recorded in P.B. 115, pg. 13, St. Louis County, Mo.
Recorder's office; thence northwesterly on said northeast line to
the northernmost corner of said subdivision; thence southwesterly
on the northwest line of said CHARBONIER COURT, PLAT TWO to the
southernmost corner of property conveyed to Ted V. Szopa and wife,
by deed recorded in Bk. 3085, pg. 178, said Recorder's office;
thence northwesterly on the southwest line of said Szopa property
to the southernmost corner of property conveyed to St. Louis
County, Mo. for highway purposes by deed recorded in Bk. 6650, pg.
2086, said Recorder's office; thence northeasterly along the
southeast line of said last described property, and along the
southeast line of another property conveyed to St. Louis County,
Mo. by deed recorded in Bk. 6647, pg. 541, said Recorder's office,
both last described southeast lines being also the southeast line
of Howdershell Rd., 80' wide; thence continuing northeasterly
along the southeast line of said Howdershell Rd. to the
westernmost corner of property conveyed to Union Electric Company
of Missouri, by deed recorded in Bk. 3471, pg. 599, said

Recorder's office; thence along the southwest, southeast and
northeast lines, resp., of said Union Electric Company property,
to the northernmost corner thereof, being also the southwest
corner of the parcel of land conveyed to St. Louis County, Mo. for
highway purposes, by deed recorded in Bk. 6705, pg. 1160, said
Recorder's office; thence northeasterly on the southeast line of
said last described parcel to its easternmost corner, in the
southwest line of said Charbonier Rd.; and thence southeasterly
along the southwest line of said Charbonier Rd. to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 9, 1974.
